Shipping
Shipping costs are $4.99 for orders under $59.99. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over $59.99. This offer is valid across all U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping applies exclusively to standard delivery methods. Please note that estimated delivery times still apply as outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 4–6 business days. Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not deliver to collection points.
While we strive to meet these timelines, Zoolora is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Carrier

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Order Changes
Please double-check your order before placing it, as we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has shipped.
Missing Orders
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first contacting USPS to locate your package. If the issue isn’t resolved, email us at support@zoolora.com and we’ll assist you further. If tracking hasn’t updated due to a technical issue and your package appears lost, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the items and packaging and send them to support@zoolora.com. Keep the damaged products until we provide instructions on how to proceed.
